GC and GA Meeting The annual meeting of the Governing Council and the General Assembly will be held respectively on 2nd and 3rd of August 2003. Preparations for this important annual event are in full swing. The agenda of the meeting as well as the annual report are in the final phase of preparation, and will be sent to the members of the two bodies very soon. Empowerment
Series Dr. M. Manzoor Alam, Chairman, IOS, New Delhi convened a meeting to review the progress report about the books being written under the empowerment series. The following were present: 1. Prof. Z.M. Khan 2. Prof. Z.A. Nizami 3. Dr. Syed Abdul Bari 4. Prof. M. Ishtiaq 5. Dr. Ishtiyaque Danish The meeting noted that while some volumes have been prepared on time, a few, however, are behind the schedule. It was decided that the concerned authors will be reminded and requested to expedite their respective projects. |
