Notes:

    (1) The nomination form duly filled may please be sent latest by June 30, 2016.

    It should be accompanied by:

    (i) at least two works of the scholar (more if possible) which, in the opinion of the sponsor, constitute his/her best works entitling him/her for the award; and

    (ii) a brief resume of the scholar’s works highlighting his/her contributions in the field of award.
